To confirm your child’s place at Greensborough College we ask you to complete the forms and actions below.

Please complete the first 3 essential forms by 13^th September 2024 so we can begin planning classes for 2025.

Essential Forms

1. 2025 Enrolment Form

* Please include a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate or Passport with the 2024 Enrolment form.

* Please include a copy of your child's Immunisation History

* You can either email these forms back or drop them into the office.

If your child resides in 2 separate dwellings the;

Primary Parent/Carer is required to complete the (above) with their details (Enrolling Adult 1 & 2 sections)
Primary Parent/Carer is required to provide the Secondary Parent/Carer’s details in the 'Enrolling Adult 3 & 4' sections.
