To confirm your child’s place at Greensborough College we ask you to complete the forms and actions below.

Please complete the first 2 essential forms by 6^th October 2025 so we can begin planning classes for 2026.

Essential Forms

1. 2026 Enrolment Form

* Please include a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate or Passport with the 2026 Enrolment form.

* Please include a copy of your child's Immunisation History

* You can either email these forms back or drop them into the office.

If your child resides in 2 separate dwellings the;

Primary Parent/Carer is required to complete the (above) with their details (Enrolling Adult 1 & 2 sections)
Primary Parent/Carer is required to provide the Secondary Parent/Carer’s details in the 'Enrolling Adult 3 & 4' sections.

Application forms

5. Scholarship Applications - If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please do so prior to 6th October, 2026.

6. Instrumental Music Form 2026 - If you would like your child to commence Instrumental Music Lessons

Health Care Card Holders - If you have a current Health Care Card, please fill out forms below
