To confirm your child’s place at Greensborough College we ask you to complete the forms and actions below. 

 

 

Please complete the 4 essential forms by 4th October 2026 so we can begin planning classes for 2027.

3. 2027 Acceptable Use Agreement (Digital Technology)

4. Photography - Filming Consent Form

* Please include a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate or Passport with the 2027 Enrolment form.

* Please include a copy of your child's Immunisation History

* You can either email these forms back or drop them into the office. 

 

If your child resides in 2 separate dwellings the;

  • Primary Parent/Carer is required to complete the  (above) with their details (Enrolling Adult 1 & 2 sections)
  • Primary Parent/Carer is required to provide the Secondary Parent/Carer’s details in the 'Enrolling Adult 3 & 4' sections.

5. Scholarship Applications - If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please do so prior to 4th October, 2026.

6. Instrumental Music Form 2027 - If you would like your child to commence Instrumental Music Lessons
